The development designed by Eureka Architects consists of nine flats that are partially
connected by a series of common volumes. All flats have an outdoor area that can be seen from other flats, creating visual links between the buildings. The housing project is intended for communaluse and does not focus on the individual. Each apartment has two parking spaces on the outside of the building complex, which means that almost half of the site is covered with parking areas and driveways. These areas allow for sheltered outdoor semi-public spaces which can also be used for other purposes as semi-public areas. With markets and festivals, the spaces created are shared with the public and the neighbourhood is drawn in.
